Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final. All purchases made through Sweaty Mamas Social Club are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

By making a purchase from Sweaty Mamas Social Club, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy.

Ship-To Address: You are responsible for the shipping information you provide. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address for your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Conditions for Return: Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by Sweaty Mamas Social Club. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
